Dijalo formed a joint venture with Redefine Properties in 2006 to form an unlisted Fund company called Dipula Income Fund. The Fund merged with Mergence Property Fund in 2011 and this increased the value of the Fund to R1.4 billion and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange the same year. Dijalo is a 40% shareholder in Dipula Asset Management Trust. The Trust provides asset management services to the listed Fund. The fund has a bias towards retail and mainly rural commercial properties and is actively looking at new property projects. Additional information can be found here www.dipula.co.za
