Dijalo Property Development at forefront of new township development

Ptn-106-Latest-Layout-Plan

Dijalo Property Development, the development arm of leading majority black-owned property development specialist, Dijalo Property Group, and its joint venture (JV) partner, Livibuzz, are at the forefront of a new residential township planned in Springs, Gauteng.

Known as Reedville Extension 1, the proposed township will be developed in Wright Park on 12.8 hectares of Portion 106 of the Farm Rietfontein 128-IR.

Dijalo Property Development and Livibuzz are undertaking all land development activities, including rezoning and subdividing, in addition to the installation of bulk services.

“A total of 202 stands, each measuring about 300 square metres, will be developed by the JV, and sold to prospective developers targeting the gap housing market, which is subsidised to some extent by the South African government,” says, Hosia Malekane, managing director of Dijalo Property Development.

The property is located between Springs West Road, which runs east and west through Springs and south of the central business district; Prince George Avenue, heading in a northwest direction into Brakpan; and Pilansberg Road, which provides access in a northerly and southerly direction.

Malekane concludes that Dijalo Property Development is looking forward to yet another successful project that will complement the group’s existing portfolio. These include residential township, retail and commercial projects which have leveraged Dijalo Property Development’s known ability to package, construct and deliver property projects timeously and competitively.
